Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily control the operation of air-conditioning facilities or the like in an overtime zone by automatically retrieving a place where a request for the overtime work is made from the name of a post or the like, which makes the request for the overtime work by a key input from a telephone set, and automatically modifying the operational schedule of the air-conditioning facilities or illuminating facilities or the like corresponding to the position. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with telephone sets 2 and 11 having a first key (f)1 which makes the request for the overtime work, display part 12 which indicates the scheduled time of the end of the operation of an objective equipment 6 to be controlled, and second key 13 which inputs the scheduled overtime. Also, this system is equipped with a central control unit 4 which specifies the place where the request for the overtime work is made, transmits the scheduled time of the end of the operation of the objective equipment 6 to be monitored and controlled to the telephone sets 2 and 11, and controls the start and end of the operation of the objective equipment 6 to be monitored and controlled. Moreover, this system is equipped with a terminal controller 5 which outputs the control signal of the objective equipment to be monitored and controlled based on control information from the central control unit 4. Thus, the operation of the various facilities in a building including the air-conditioning and illuminating facilities in the overtime zone, can be easily controlled.
