Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain a stable water adjustment operation even if the water level of a dam is at any level by selecting a water level-drooping rate in accordance with the water level of the dam, calculating a reference water level through the use of a valve opening degree to attain water adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A water turbine 7 having a guide vane 6 which is controlled in an opening direction or a closing direction in accordance with the water level of the dam 1, a water level detector 3 detecting the water level of the dam, and a water level adjusting means 4 supplying an opening closing command signal to the valve in accordance with the water level which the water level detector 3 has detected are given, and a calculation means calculating the reference water level of the dam by the water level-drooping rate of the dam and the opening of the guide vane 6 is installed in the water level adjusting means 4. Then, the reference water level is calculated and the water level-drooping rate is selected in accordance with various conditions by using the water level of the dam, the valve opening, the discharge flow rate of the water turbine and the water level-storage capacity curve of the dam. Thus, the stable water adjustment operation is attained in any position of the water level of the dam.
