Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the work of moving a footrest largely against a vehicle main body by moving a shifting member against a footrest holder and making the footrest holder freely movable against a holder bracket. CONSTITUTION:When an adjusting bolt 4 is turned, a footrest holder 7 moves along the guide grooves 2a of a holder bracket 2 by the screw action between the adjusting bolt 4 and the screw groove on the inner peripheral surface of the recessed part 9c of a shifting member 9, thus changing the position of a footrest 10 against a frame. When a nut 15 screwed into the screw groove 10d of the footrest 10 is loosened, the shifting member 9 and a washer 12 moves to the right by the pressing force of springs 8, 8, the screwed fitting between the adjusting bolt 4 and the screw groove on the inner peripheral surface of the recessed part 9c of the shifting member 9 is released. In this state, the footrest holder 7 can move freely against the holder bracket 2, and the position of the footrest 10 can be largely shifted at one time.
