Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent blinding, to suppress incinerator damaging and to prevent harmful gas discharging by thermocompression molding a fiber mat wherein a specified rate of chitosan is made to adhered and bound together to a fiber accumulation layer of natural fiber and the like to a vessel, in a garbage receiving vessel for a home kitchen and so on. CONSTITUTION:Natural fibers, regenerated fibers and the like of cellulose are needle punched to confound among fibers to each other, and formed to a fiber mat 1. Chitosan 2 containing a L-ascorbic acid and cellulose or containing starch or glycerin as a water absorption agent or a plasticizer, is made to adhered to the mat by 3-10weight% of the fiber weight, and a specified shape of a porous vessel 3 is thermo-compression molded. Moreover, polyvinyl alcohol in saponification degree 90-98%, polymerization degree 1000-1700 including chlorohexedine is adhered by 3-5weight% to provide antibacterial property. Thus, it is possible to prevent blinding, incinerator damaging, and harmful gas discharging.
