Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set the stock month number, etc., at each target level in consideration of the production capacity and the production control form by performing the stock simulation in consideration of the limitation of production and inspecting the increase of the number of machines, the improvement of the production capacity, the reduction of the scheduling cycle, etc., in the form of the actual numerical values. CONSTITUTION:A stock simulation part 11 estimates the ordering quantity to be received in a unit period of this year for all products based on the ordering quantity received actually in an optional period of the preceding year and including the instantaneous delivery order and the advance order, i.e., the production on ordering. Thus the reference total stock is obtained. Then a process scheduling part 12 produces a process schedule table of a unit period based on the requested production quantity calculated by the part 11. A process schedule correcting part 13 displays the process schedule table on a CRT and corrects the table by means of a mouse, etc., as necessary. The corrected schedule table is sent to an estimated simulation part 14 and simulated there. The result of this simulation is sent to a CRT display part 15 and displayed there.
