Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a fixing member for connecting a motor to a cross flow fan, as a single component by injection molding and absorb impact and vibration effectively. SOLUTION: A cross flow fan is provided with a plurality of blades 22, a side plate 21a for supporting the blades 22, and a fixing member 50 for connecting a driving motor 30 to the side plate 21a. The fixing member 50 is composed of a rim 51 connected to the outer surface of the side plate 21a, a boss 52 formed concentrically with the rim 51 so as to accommodate a shaft 31 of the driving motor 30, and a plurality of arms 53 with one ends connected at equal spaces to the outer peripheral edge of the boss 52 and with the other ends connected to the inner circumferential edge of the rim 51 so as to connect the rim 51 and the boss 52 to each other and to be able to absorb impact and vibration.
