Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance fluidity by dispersing both cement clinker fine particles and an organic or inorganic binder into a solvent except water and spheroidally granulating them and thereafter adding gypsum powder to the granulated cement clinker. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. (hereinafter shown in part) fine cement clinker particle regulated to about <=10mum mean particle diameter is dispersed into the prescribed amount of a solvent such as ethanol except water. Then an organic binder such as PS or an inorganic binder such as ethyl silicate is added at about 0.1-5 parts and dispersed. The solvent in which cement clinker and the binder are dispersed is supplied to a granulator and these are granulated to a spheroidal shape having about 20-30mum mean particle diameter. Thereafter gypsum powder having about 20-30mum mean particle diameter is added at about 0.5-5 parts to 100 parts of the granulated cement clinker. This mixture is regulated to the required hydraulic speed and spheroidal cement good in fluidity and packing property is obtained. Further gypsum powder regulated to <=10mum particle diameter is dispersed into the solvent together with cement clinker and then these may be granulated by the binder.
