Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance an energy utility efficiency and reduce the fuel cost by fixing a vessel filled with reactive solid material to a member for transmitting vibration of an engine without attenuating, and operating a heat utilization system in a state that the vibration of the engine is transmitted to the vessel. CONSTITUTION:In a cogeneration of (a diesel engine + a waste heat boiler), an LiCl absorption type using vapor from a waste heat boiler as a heat source is mounted in a room cooler/heater facility. Since it is necessary to increase a room cooling capacity, a heat pump(HP) which uses heat of a warm water tank having a margin in capacity is mounted to enhance chilled water capacity. The HP employs a system for absorbing.desorbing steam in silica gel. The HP has a vessel 2 in which about 670kg of the gel is charged, an evaporator of water as refrigerant, and a condenser. The silica gel charging vessel is mounted in a diesel generator and a common bed and so designed as to directly transmit vibration of the engine.
