Abstract:
PURPOSE:To widen the width of slits after forming the slits by a method wherein slits are formed on a transparent plate under extended condition while the transparent plate is equipped with a thermal line reflecting film, dividable into a plurality of belts, and two pieces of electrodes, provided on a selective permeating and reflecting layer. CONSTITUTION:A thermal line reflecting film 10 is formed of belt parts 11, 12, 13, which are divided into 3 parts, while slits 8, 9 are formed between respec tive belt parts. In accompanied by the formation of the slits 8, 9, respective belt parts 11, 12, 13 are contracted gradually toward the direction of respective centers under a condition that the film is bonded to a transparent plate 6A whereby the width of the slits 8, 9 is widened slightly and the belt parts are separated from each other. Electroconductive belts 16-19 are provided across the whole width of the short sides 11B, 12B, 13B of the belt parts 11, 12, 13 and electroconductive belts 17, 18 are bridged between the belt parts 11, 12 and between the belt parts 12, 13 whereby current is conducted through the belt parts 11, 12, 13 linearly and uniformly across the whole width of them and respective belt parts can generate heat uniformly.
