Abstract:

CONSTITUTION: The waste car of almost original form applying the safety measure such as beforehand taking off only liquid from the waste car and also, preventing the explosion at the time of charging into a converter is blended as the scrap. At the time, the combustion heat of rubber-like material, resinous material containing in the waste car is used as heat energy to promote decarburizing reaction.
