Abstract:

PURPOSE:To very simply cake various kinds of ashes after incineration, etc., by adding a certain amt. or more of a caking agent consisting of lime, cement and aluminum sulfate to the ashes, etc., mixing them and putting this mixture in water. CONSTITUTION:A caking agent consisting of lime, cement and aluminum sulfate is added to various kinds of ashes after incineration and slag by >=5wt.% and they are mixed. This mixture is directly put in water. The caking agent begins to react with the ashes, etc., at once, maintains the activity for about 30min and forms a caked layer at the bottom of the water. The ashes, etc., may be caked by filling the mixture into a bag, etc., and allowing water to penetrate from the outside. The ashes, etc., are simply caked and can be applied to the field of construction and civil engineering when strength is rendered.
