Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly prepare data necessary for inspection without any differences among individuals by performing image processing for the states of part items image-picked up by a camera and retrieving inspection information comforming to a state extracted by an image processing part from a part item library. SOLUTION: A data processing part 5 takes out the mounting coordinates of first part items from a part item coordinate data storing part 6, moves a stage 9 on which a printed circuit board 1 is mounted and positions a part item 2 within the image-picking up range of a camera 3. A image processing part 4 fetches the image of a pad to which the terminal of the part item 2 on the board 1 is soldered from an image being picked up by the camera 3. A dimension measuring part 4a measures the dimension and arrangement of the pad by image processing. Then, upon receiving the result of dimension measuring by the dimension measuring part 4a, the data processing part 5 retrieves inspection information about the part item 2 to be mounted on the pad coinciding with the data from a part item library 7 and the retrieved inspection data is stored in an inspection data storing part 8.
