Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a marking device of a remarkably simple structure which can reduce a cost required for impressing a mark to a great extent and rapidly correspond to the increase/decrease or replacement of assembling jigs. CONSTITUTION:A panel part W is placed on an assembling jig 11. Then, a marking surface 57 of a punch die device 43 mounted on the assembling jig 11 comes into contact with the surface of the panel part W. Next, a marking piece device 75 mounted on a robot arm 67 of a welding robot 65 is opposed to the punch die device 43 through the panel part W. The panel part is clamped to be marked between the punch die device 43 and the marking piece device 75 by actuating them in conjunction with each other. In this manner, a mark can be impressed on a panel part to be welded by using a very small number of members of a simple sutucture. Therefore, this marking device can be installed in a small installation space and result in a cost being lowered. The marking device is so simple in structure as to rapidly correspond to the increase/decrease or replacement of assembling jigs.
