Abstract:
PURPOSE:To produce a hollow molded form having a bend free from uneven wall thickness or a molded form free from a burr in the bend by advancing the respective feed bodies by lead-in dimension thereof and pressing the feed bodies to a plurality of pieces of stopper and allowing a parison to coincide with the bending shape of a molding depression by these feed bodies and the stoppers, bending and forming the parison. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 26 is rotated and the respective stoppers 30 stride the upper parts of molding depressions 12 and are set in the utilization positions between a cover mold 10 and a receiving mold 11 from the evacuation positions wherein the stoppers stand up in the outside of a split forming mold B. The stoppers 30 are positioned oppositely to the whole face of parison feed bodies 20 while keeping the intervals along the molding depressions 12 in one-side part of a parison P. Thereafter air cylinders 21 are actuated and simultaneously the feed bodies 20 are advanced from the evacuation positions. The parison P is pressed to the stoppers 30, bent and formed into the bent shapes of the molding depressions 12 by both the feed bodies 20 and the stoppers 30 in the upper parts of the molding depressions 12.
