Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for melt spinning capable of readily engaging a screw part of a spinning pack with a screw part of a polymer introduction port member, keeping the discharging position of a spinneret constant and further preventing the leakage from occurring even in a state of a low polymer pressure. SOLUTION: This apparatus for melt spinning comprises a heating box unit having a spinning pack receiving part (1a) for installing a spinning pack on the undersurface and a spinning pack connecting unit 2 attached to the upper part of the spinning pack receiving part (1a) and a spinning pack 5 screwed into a screwing part of the spinning pack connecting unit 2 in a state thereof supporting a packing 15 on a joint area of the spinning pack 5 to the spinning pack connecting unit 2. The apparatus for melt spinning is further equipped with a guide part for fitting into a screwing part at the tip of the spinning pack connecting part 2 and a polymer introduction port member 10 attached to the head of the spinning pack 5 and pins 14 for locating in order to align the engagement of the screws and maintaining the posture for maintaining the posture of the spinning pack 5 in nearly a vertical state when rotating the spinning pack.
