Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a cleaning apparatus reduced in a working area and not requiring large machinery such as a crane by a method wherein a support part, a cleaning means and a drive source part are respectively separated in a freely detachable manner to be made possible to carry and a hermetically closed space is formed by the outer cylinder of the support part and the housing of the cleaning means and a suction port for sucking dust is provided. CONSTITUTION:A large nut cleaning apparatus consists of a support part 1 for receiving and supporting a nut 4, a cleaning means 2 for cleaning the screw part of the nut 4 and a drive source part 3 having a motor for rotating the brush of the cleaning means 2 and the support part 1, the cleaning means 2 and the drive source part 3 are respectively provided in a freely detachable manner and made possible to carry by handles 28, 29, 30. The support part 1 is constituted of a cylindrical outer cylinder 12 receiving the nut 4 and a nut receiving stand 11 and a dust receiver 14 having a suction port 13. The cleaning means 2 is equipped with the housing 15a erected on the outer cylinder 12 and the housing 15b receivable in the outer cylinder 12. The drive source part 3 has a motor 27 driving the rotary shaft connected to a drive bracket 17 built therein.
