Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce adverse effect on an adjacent mobile body data communication system when a mobile body is resident at the outside of the service area whose communication with a base station is disable with respect to a mobile station communication equipment in the mobile data communication system so as to limit undesired transmission. CONSTITUTION:A base station transmission monitor means 5 monitoring a transmission signal outputted from a radio station 1 at all times is provided to a mobile station communication equipment having a transmission control means 4 controlling a radio communication means 3 and being a mobile station communication equipment of a mobile body data communication system and making data transmission and reception of a confirmation data with the radio communication means 3 so as to repeat the data transmission for a prescribed number of times till the reception of the confirmation data. Thus, when a transmission signal from a base station 1 is not received for a prescribed period or over, the transmission control means 4 controls the radio communication means 3 to implement one data transmission.
