Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the abnormal noise generated at the time of burning by providing a spring having high elasticity between a porous plate and a burner burning surface, and constituting the plate having a metal fiber woven texture so as not to suspend down so that back fire scarcely occurs at the time of burning. CONSTITUTION: The fuel gas supplied through a fuel supply port 1 is injected from the many nozzle holes of an air flow inlet 2, and fuel air flows from the inlet 2, and is mixed at a predetermined ratio. In this case, when the porous plate of metal fiber woven texture is used for the burning surface material of a gas burner, a spring 7 having a high elasticity is installed between the plate 5 and the burner surface 6 and designed so that the porous plate of the texture is not suspended down owing to thermal deformation. When the surface 6 of the burner is perforated, the porous plate of the state that the porous plate of ceramics, stainless steel or the texture is used as the fuel surface material of the burner is used.
