Abstract:
PURPOSE:To visually confirm the new wiring processing result of a wiring path generation device. CONSTITUTION:The wiring path generation device has an input part 1 for inputting commands, a display part 2 for displaying a wiring path according to the inputted commands, a process part 3 which performs processes for retrieving and displaying an existent wiring route from a substrate design information file according to the commands inputted at the input part 1, the substrate design information file 4 stored with wiring routes, etc., and a wiring reference information file 5 stored with the limitation quantity of wiring. The wiring limitation quantity of a section/passing guide is extracted from the wiring reference information file 5 and the wiring use quantity of each section/passing guide is found from the above design information file 4; and a processing mechanism which displays a mark '0' in a wiring possible section and a mark 'X' in a wiring impossible section when a wiring section/passing guide is newly set is added to the above process part 3 to enable the section/passing guide showing whether the new wiring route can be passed to be viewed.
