Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a method particularily for accurately finishing the contour shape of a working material by executing precious coining work to small piece of a working material composed of a metal having malleability. CONSTITUTION:The small piece of the working material W is hermetically sealed and restricted with a die 3 surrounded while opening a fine gap at this peripheral face and a pair of punches 6, 10 forming the prescribed shape of forming grooves 28, 28' at the tip parts in 5-200kg/mm<2> facing pressure and successively in this condition, the oscillation with 0.5-100Hz is imparted to the thickness direction of the working material W from at least one side of the punch to execute the coining work on the surface of the working material W and also the inside shape of die 3 is transferred into the peripheral face in the working material W.
