Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a device which can manufacture a substance which is hard to destroy, by solidifying a small quantity of a liquid agent. CONSTITUTION:A head part 20 provided with nozzles 24-26 for discharging respectively a photosetting adhesive, molten plastic and polyethylene glycolis moved in a horizontal direction and a table 12 on which a substance is put is moved in a vertical direction. When the photosetting adhesive is discharged onto the table, the adhesive is cured by rays condensed by a focusing unit 22. Since the photosetting adhesive has properties wherein when an uncured one is applied to alredy cured one and cured, both of them are stuck to each other, a firm substance is formed. When a substance having a complicated three-dimensional form is formed, a support part for supporting the outside of the substance is formed of polyethylene glycol. A mold is formed of the photosetting adhesive, into which molten plastic is filled, through which a plastic molded body having the desired quality of the material can be manufactured also.
