Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stably and surely eliminate a matter stuck to an etched surface of a metallic thin plate even in the case of using a material which is easy to cause a passivation phenomenon for the metallic thin plate. CONSTITUTION: A surface finish device eliminates a matter stuck to an etched surface of a metallic thin plate 10. In this device, the metallic thin plate 10 is dipped into a figuring liquid 24 by means of a figuring tank 20 and conveyor rollers 21-23, and also the metallic thin plate 10 is subjected to negative polarization potentially from a passive state region to a hydrogen generation region by means of a potentiostat 1 and electrodes 26, 28 in the figuring liquid 24.
