Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a transparent electrode from separating from a semiconductor thin film in a flexible photovoltaic device. CONSTITUTION:A resin layer 3, a photoelectric conversion element composed of a transparent electrode 4, a semiconductor film 5, and a back electrode 6 and a protective resin layer 7 are formed on a support board 1, which is irradiated with laser rays to cut the resin layer 3, the photoelectric conversion element, and the protective resin layer 7 enabling the molten protective resin layer 7 to cover the cut area.
