Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the leakage of the data secrecy by judging the correctness of the password inputted through a control panel based on a dummy screen and showing a menu screen on a display only when the correctness of the password is confirmed. CONSTITUTION: Each part of a touch panel 2 placed above the display parts 41 to 50 is successively pushed with a pen 4 so that a password is inputted. Then, each part of the panel 2 placed above an execution key display part 51 of a dummy screen 40 is pushed with the pen 4. When a fact that an execution key is turned on by the pen 4 is decided on the side of a processor 3, it is judged whether the inputted password is correct or not. The screen 40 is switched to a menu screen 50 only when the password is correct. Thereafter the selecting operation of a specific operator is accepted. Accordingly, the leakage of the data secrecy can be prevented.
