Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain stable observation of an object by providing a means which generates a video signal of a wavelength area except a relevant wavelength area from at least one video signal out of plural split video signals at the wavelength area when the speed out of the movement of the object exceeds a prescribed value and the color saturation of the video signal exceeds a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A green video signal being an output of a G memory 57 is converted into a prescribed level by coefficient circuits 62, 63 to produce a complexion video image. That is, a motion sensor (movement detection) comprising a one field delay (1 Field DELAY) 59 and a difference detection circuit 65 detects a fast motion of the object and the saturation of the video signal level is high, the green video signal G is converted into a prescribed level and skin video image is generated as red video signal R and blue video signal B. Thus, a picture without color blurring in a pseudo way is observed by a monitor and a picture with high picture quality is observed.
