Abstract:
PURPOSE:To exactly control the level of a dam used for a hydraulic power generation with an automatic control by a computer or the like without requiring a skillful technique. CONSTITUTION:The initial opening of a gate 9 is decided from the actual level of a reservoir 3 (I), and the target level of a grid chamber 5 (II), a fuzzy inference is operated (VII) by calculating a difference between the actual level and the target level of the grid chamber, the changing amount of the difference, and a lapse time since the previous change of the gate opening (IV), and whether or not the opening of the gate should be changed is judged. When the opening of the gate is changed, the fuzzy inference is operated by calculating the difference between the actual level and the target level of the grid chamber, and the changing amount of the difference, the opening amount to be changed in the gate is decided, and the opening is changed. Then, at the time of deciding the change of the opening, the generation of a hunting phenomenon can be prevented by considering the lapse time.
