SOLUTION: An air feeding passage to introduce the air for application to a blowout nozzle, an oil feeding passage to introduce the oil 3 in an oil container 32 to the blowout nozzle, a small pipe 24 provided on the way of the oil feeding passage, and to drop oil drops 23, and a vent valve 44 to prevent the leaking of the dropped oil drops to the outer side by flowing reversely, as well as to introduce outer air to an oil dropping space 27 formed on the lower side of the small pipe 24, are provided.
