Abstract:
PURPOSE:To exactly transmit the position information to other device by executing marking to a reference position of a body to be examined in a first diagnostic device, putting a mark on an image with regard to the medical treatment part, deriving relative position information to the reference position, shifting the body to a second device and allowing the marking position and a radiation irradiating position of a second device and the medical treatment part to conform with each other. CONSTITUTION:The body 10 on the top board 15 of a CT 1 and marks are placed to irradiating positions of the left and the right, and the upper face of the body 10 by a reference position setting laser marker, tomographic photographing is executed, a mark is put to the medical treatment part by an input device, and it is stored in a CPU. In such a manner, a radiation irradiation center position is derived, the top board 15 is moved, an a relative position to a reference position is derived. This relative position information is transmitted to an operator console 20 from an operator console 4, the body 10 is placed on a top board 18 of a LINEAC 11 in the same posture, and an isocenter irradiated position of the LINEAC 11 is allowed to conform with the reference position. Subsequently, based on the relative position information from the reference position of the medical treatment part, the top board 18 of the LINEAC 11 is moved.
