Abstract:
PURPOSE:To furnish resin, which can be applied to various molding conditions, by comparatively simple method wherein the melt flow rate of the thermoplastic resin after melt kneading is controlled by melt-kneading specified thermoplastic resin with an extruder with deaerating mechanism under the condition that the degree of vacuum of the deaerating mechanism is held within the specified range. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin, which is selected from the group consisting of thermoplastic polyester, polyarylate, aliphatic polyamide, aromatic polyamide, their mixture and copolymerizate between the above-mentioned resin and other copolymerizable monomer, is melt-kneaded with an extruder with deaerating mechanism under the condition that the degree of vacuum of the deaerating mechanism is held within the range of -700mmHg to 0mmHg so as to control the melt flow rate of the thermoplastic resin after melt kneading.
