Abstract:
Cosmetic or dermatological gel composition (I) for removing eye make-up comprises ≥ 1 at least partially cross-linked solid elastomeric organopolysiloxane (II) and a fat phase (III) comprising ≥ 1 make-up removal oil (IV) having average Hansen solubility parameters at 25 degrees C: dD ≤ 20 (J/cm<3>)<1/2>, dP ≤ 10 (J/cm<3>)<1/2>, and dH ≤ 15 (J/cm<3>)<1/2>. Also claimed is a method of application of (I).
