Abstract:
The rotation of a motor shaft is transmitted via a gear mechanism to a shaft perpendicular to said motor shaft, then an eccentric portion is provided on said shaft near an extension line of said motor shaft and one end of a crank is freely rotatably arranged to it, then a lower edge in pair with an upper edge fixed on the other end of said crank is fixed to one end of a casing and freely and slidably supporting one end of the middle of said crank by a rocker member provided on one end of said casing, such that while said shaft is rotating, said upper edge makes a circular motion or an elliptical motion, and at the same time, self-advances to cut a cut material.
