Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device and to facilitate high-speed mass-production having good yield by arranging the air nozzle air injection port of a machined product taking-out mechanism for taking out a cylindrical machined product from a free rotary cylinder by an air pressure in the same longitudinal direction as the rotary cylinder toward the surface of the rotary cylinder. SOLUTION: A machined product take-out mechanism 68 is composed of an air nozzle, and an air injection port 68a is arranged to be inclined to the surface of a machined product wound on a peripheral surface of a rotary cylinder 63 corresponding to a direction identical to the longitudinal direction of the free rotary cylinder 63. One side end of an original plate is pushed in between the inner peripheral surface of a short cylindrical drum 53 continuously rotated via a flat gear 54 engaged with the outer peripheral gear surfer of the short cylindrical drum 53 and the peripheral surface of the rotary cylinder 63 by an original plate feed-in mechanism 62. Simultaneously, a pair of guide rollers 67 and 67a are brought close to the rotary cylinder 63 side, and the machined product is taken out by air pressure from the air nozzle.
