Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic field uniformity of a prescribed part, reduce the weight of magnet and downsize and lighten a device by providing magnetic pole pieces on the planes of the permanent magnet constituting bodies that forms major magnetic field by facing a space and providing protruding parts of the permanent magnet piece on the edge planes which face the space at the both edges of the opening of permanent magnet constituting bodies whereupon no magnetic pole pieces are arranged. CONSTITUTION:A pair of permanent magnet constituting bodies 2a and 2b are provided so as to generate magnetic field and magnetic pole pieces 4 are firmly fixed at the edges of the bodies 2a and 2b facing a space. Then, a protruding part 6 is provided at the center of the magnetic pole piece 4 and the magnetic pole pieces 4 provided with protruding parts 5 at the both edges of the magnetic pole piece of a device opening part are provided. Protruding parts 7 are provided on the both edge planes that face the space 3 of the opening of the permanent magnet constituting bodies 2b, 2c, 2e and 2f. Thus, magnetic flux leakage from the device opening part is prevented, the length of the device in the axis direction is reduced, magnetic field uniformity in the prescribed space is improved, the magnetic pole pieces 4 are fixed to a yoke 1 by a bolt and the device is downsized and lightened.
