Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a heat storage type heating device for high temp. capable of sufficiently exhibiting a denitrification function even if the temp. of waste combustion gases is extremely high. CONSTITUTION:This heat storage type heating device consists of a heating section 1, two units of burners 2a, 2b which alternately burn to supply hot air to this heating section 1, two units of denitrification reaction chambers 16a, 16b which remove the NOx in the waste combustion gases and a heat storage section which is installed successively in these denitrification reaction chambers. The heat storage section is bisected. The upper heat storage sections 20a, 20b are disposed on the upstream side of the denitrification reaction chambers 16a, 16b and the lower heat storage sections 21a, 21b are disposed on the downstream side. The waste combustion gases introduced into the denitrification reaction chambers 16a, 16b are cooled down to an adequate temp. range in the upper heat storage sections 20a, 20b and, therefore, the denitrification function is sufficiently exhibited even if the temp. of the waste combustion gases rises extremely high. The heat of the waste combustion gases after the denitrification reaction is again recovered by the lower heat storage sections 21a, 21b.
