Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition for ceramic filter element having low mechanical quality coefficient Qm, high specific dielectric constant and electromechanical binding coefficient (Kr) and small change ratio with the passage of time of resonance of frequency (Fr) and capable of moreover improving linearity of phase strain and group lag time characteristics because of the above-mentioned properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective piezoelectric ceramic composition for ceramic filter element obtained by adding 0.25-0.75wt.% Cr2O3 used as a subsidiary component to a composition expressed by the general formula xPb(Sb2/3W1/3) O3.(1-x)Pb(ZryTi1-y)O3 [0.006<=x<=0.075 and 0.475<=y<=0.535] and used as a main component.
