Title:
【発明の名称】ワーク移載システム
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3082042
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stabilize the transfer of a work and to attain the transfer of many types of the work to the same conveyer by executing the operation control of a transfer device in the upward and downward direction and the backward and forward direction and aligning the misalignment of the transfer device and an opponent conveyer by using a magnetic sensor. CONSTITUTION:A carrier arrives at an opponent conveyer, a transfer device is operated in the upward and downward direction and the upward and downward direction of the conveying surface is aligned. The positioning in the upward and downward direction is executed by ascending and descending the transfer device and detecting an opponent conveyer upward and downward position detecting magnet 1 by a magnetic sensor 8 for detecting an upward and downward position. In the same way, the positioning in the backward and forward direction is executed by operating the transfer device in the backward and forward direction, and detecting a magnet 3 for detecting an opponent conveyer backward and forward position by a magnetic sensor 9 for detecting the backward and forward position. In such a way, the misalignment between the transfer device and the opponent conveyer is absorbed, the transfer of the work is stabilized and many types of the work can be transfer by the same conveyer.
