Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stabilize element characteristics by forming an oxide superconducting film of a material containing group 3A elements, Sr and Cu. CONSTITUTION:An oxide superconducting film 2 is formed on a board 1. A superconducting material to be used for the film 2 formed of a material containing group 3A elements, Sr and Cu. Further, when a composition formula is represented by an LnaSrbCu3-xMxOc, the material satisfies that Ln is one or more elements selected from Y, Ca and lanthanoid, M is one or more elements selected from a group consisting of Ti, V, Fe, Co, Ga, Ge, Mo, W and Re, 2.7<=a+b<=3.3, 0.8<=a<=1.2, 2.6<=c<=9 and 0.05<=x<=0.7. Thus, element characteristics can be stabilized.
