Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cleaning device which can clean easily in a short time by one operator without being exposed to danger in a high temperature screw with regard to a cleaning device for a screw for an extruder. CONSTITUTION: This cleaning device comprises a frame body 2 in which three lengthy roller 3 which are arranged in the axial direction of a screw 21 are installed on an inner circumference and which surrounds a screw 2, a rotary brush 4 which is installed in the frame body 2 so that the outer circumference enters the groove of the screw 21 and driven to rotate, and a guide roller 5 which is installed in the frame body 2 to roll along the front side and rear side of the flight 21a of the screw 21.
