Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the inspecting time and number of inspections by successively moving a circuit board to the optimum inspecting picture position by means of an orthogonal robot following the program of a computer and fetching the pictures of individual lands through a camera. CONSTITUTION:A computer 58 has a program for calculating the positions of individual lands from data regarding the positions of parts and data regarding the shapes of parts lands and an inspection program for calculating the optimum inspecting picture position of a camera 56, namely, an inspecting picture frame on the basis of a board inspecting picture position deciding method. The inspection program is transferred from the computer 58 to a picture recognizing device 57. When the device 57 executes the inspection program, the picture of a land 52 on a circuit board 41 irradiated with a lighting lamp 55 is taken with the camera 56 after an orthogonal robot 54 moves the board 51 to the first optimum inspecting picture position and the device 57 inspects the land by performing picture processing. Thereafter, the other lands on the board 51 are inspected by successively moving the board 51 to the optimum inspecting picture position.
