Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the troublesome adjusting work by picking up the image of each component through a second image pickup means, operating the errors in the relative position of a nozzle member and a first image pickup means based on the positional shift of each component, and then controlling the mounting operation based on a correction data corresponding to each error. CONSTITUTION:A part is sucked by each nozzle member of a head unit 5 and mounted after the image thereof is picked up through a second image pickup means, i.e., a component recognition camera 29. A first image pickup means, i.e., a board recognition camera 27, picks up the image of a mounted component. The head unit 5 is then shifted through an axis control section 31 in order to determine the positional shift of the image of each component. Subsequently, the positional error is operated for each nozzle member and the component recognition camera 29 based on the positional shift thus determined to obtain a correction data at a correction data operating section 34 and the correction data is stored in a memory section 35. This constitution eliminates the troublesome adjusting work to keep an accurate correction data.
