PURPOSE:To easily and certainly conduct constant rotation control of an engine by providing an automatic constant rotation control switch separately from a sensor for detecting the operating position of an accelerator lever, and conducting automatic constant rotation control according to the on this switch. CONSTITUTION:In a combined harvester and thresher loaded with an engine E having an electronic governor G, respective detection signals from a sensor 7 for detecting the rotating angle of an accelerator lever K, a sensor 1 for detecting the operating position of a rack operating solenoid 2, and a sensor 4 detecting the rotating speed of the engine E are inputted to a control unit N. The control unit N conducts a determined computing processing on the basis of the respective input signals, and outputs a determined control signal to the rack operating solenoid 2 to control the rotation of the engine E. In this case, an automatic constant rotation control switch 9 is provided separately from the sensor 7. In accordance with the ON of the switch 9, the control is conducted to keep constant rotation in the optimum rotating range of the engine E.
