Date Oct. 13, 1994A method for the adjustment of the dynamic medium flow quantity of an electromagnetically actuated injection valve by an axial relative movement between the body of the valve and at least one guide element which at least partially circumferentially surrounds the valve's magnet coil on the circumference of the valve body. The ratio of magnetic useful flux to magnetic leakage flux, and thus the magnetic force, are varied so that the medium flow quantity can be influenced and adjusted. The final fixation of the at least one guide element takes place, for instance, by means of cementing, welding, clamping elements or resilient additional parts.
