Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide fast forward/fast reverse reproducing service at an optional speed to an optional terminal equipment by storing moving image data received from the terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION: A specific picture preparing part 21 prepares specific repdocuing video information from received picture data. A storage control part 22 stores the received picture data outputted from a receiving part 11 or encoded picture data outputted from the preparing part 21 in a video storage part 15. A reproduction control part 23 controls the access of reproducing data and can provide picture data for flexible specific reproduction such as fast forward/fast reverse reproduction from picture data to be used for normal reproduction.
