Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide an excellent voice recognizing device having high recognition rate by registering reference voice data vulnerable to noise while discriminating them, CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with voice analyzing means 11 to 1 3 generating reference voice data or recognizing voice data by receiving a reference voice becoming a refernce and a voice to be recognized, a degree of similarity difference identifying system part 15 identifying fuzzyly a reference voice data being under a low noise environment and estimating the difference of the degree of similarity between the reference voice data being under the low noise environment and a reference voice data being under a high noise envirorment to output the difference of the degree of similarity, a voice recognizing part 19 performing a voice recognition by registering the reference voice data as registered voice data and by collating and collating recognizing voice data with the registered voice data and a CPU 16 outputting an inhibiton commanding signal inhibiting the registration of voice data to the voice recognizing part 19 when the value of the degree of similarity exceeds a prescribed value and outputting an alarm commanding signal making alarm informing means 17, 18 generate an alarm.
