Title:
【発明の名称】強磁場低温物性測定装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3374273
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong magnetic field low-temperature device for measuring physical properties, which is simple and easy in operation and is capable of reducing initial costs or running costs for cooling a sample, without the need for the filling and replenishment of a refrigerant such as liquid nitrogen or liquid helium. SOLUTION: Attention is focused on cooling a sample as well by a refrigerator 7 for cooling a superconducting coil 9. A strong magnetic field having the superconducting coil 9 cooled by the refrigerator 7 as a magnetic field source is made a space 3 which utilizes magnetic field. A strong magnetic field low- temperature device for measuring physical properties is for measuring the physical properties of a sample in the space 3 utilizing a magnetic field. A vacuum sample chamber 41 different from and independent of the vacuum vessel 6 of the superconducting coil 9 is formed in the space 3 which uses magnetic field by the superconducting coil 9. A sample holder 43, which is provided in the sample chamber 41 and to which the sample is installed is thermally connected to the cooling stage 7B of the refrigerator 7.
