SOLUTION: In an intermediate transfer drum 21 used in an image forming device using an electrophotographic system such as a copying machine and a color printer and to transfer an image formed on an image carrier, the image forming device is constituted of a core bar 22, a compression layer 23 formed on the core bar 22, a solid elastic layer 24 provided on the compression layer 23 and a toner releasing layer 25 provided on the elastic layer 24.
