Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain the rapid transfer of large capacity data by acquiring plural B channels by an acquiring means and then setting up plural data links by using a multi-link means in a high level data link procedure. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 4 allows a communication control device 3 to drive a B channel connecting procedure. When the acquisition of a B channel is confirmed by a D channel control procedure, a confirmation message corresponding to CONN is sent to an ISDN 1 and a channel response flag corresponding to the acquired B channel is set up. When a required B channel is acquired, the setting of a multi frame link mean extended mode is started. When data links for all B channels are set up, a frame indicating a multi-link reset request frame is sent. At the time of receiving a reset confirming frame from a terminating terminal, the reset confirming I frame is sent to the same terminal. Thus bulk communication can be attained.
