To provide a service point adjustment system for blanks capable of preventing a sense of emptiness of a customer and providing interest and hope even with a blank, and increasing the interest.

The system is for giving service points in response to the number of units or an amount of lots purchased by the customer which were blanks, and settling the service points. It includes a converting means 1 for converting the number of units or the amount of the blanks into the service points, and a host computer 2 for storing data of the service points. The host computer 2 is provided with a database constructing means 21, a memory means 22, a reference means 23, and an adjustment processing means 24. Data of an accumulated point database organized per each customer are processed by the adjustment processing means 24 provided in the host computer 2 and stored in the memory means 22.
