Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a balancer and a holding member at a low cost by reusing a rejected slab material as a member needing no mechanical strength after cutting off into a rod-state. SOLUTION: In a first cutting-off, the prescribed pieces of torches, e.g. three pieces of torches J1-J3 are used with a prescribed interval D and the rejected slab material is parallel cut off into the rods to simultaneously manufacture two flat bar-like blanks Q having e.g. 75 mm thickness, 1600 mm length and 245 mm width. A waste material P portion has non-uniform structure in the material, and in the case of containing this P portion into the flat bar-like blank Q without throwing out, since this blank is caused to the deformation, such as bending, twisting, this portion is thrown out as the waste material P. Plural prescribed pieces of the flat bar-like blanks Q are disposed as flat-state on the cut-off liner, and in a second cutting-off, the torches corresponding to the member of the blank Q, are used and the cutting-off is simultaneously executed. The shifting locus of the torch is beforehand programmed in an NC controller to execute the cutting-off into a prescribed shape. In this method, this blank is reused for a member regardless of the mechanical strength and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
