Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet transfer path retrieval method by which a route of a wireless network can efficiently be built up even by utilizing a wired network. SOLUTION: At the start-up of each node in the wireless network, each node investigates connection availability to each of gateway nodes 110, 120 and informs the gateway nodes 110, 120 about the resulting information of the investigation. The gateway nodes 110, 120 grasp other communication available gateway nodes via the nodes in the wireless network and use paths via a wired network available by the gateway nodes 110, 120 for a retrieval object in the case of path retrieval from a node to other nodes. For example, in the case of path retrieval from a node 10 to a node 50, a path 210 passing through the wired network 100 is found as a path providing a shortest time and a minimum hop number.
